Termination
iPhysician Diagnostics may terminate your access to any part or all of iPhysician Diagnostics service and any related services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, for any reason whatsoever. If you wish to terminate your account, please contact iPhysician Diagnostics. iPhysician Diagnostics shall have no obligation to maintain any content in your account after termination.
Modifications to terms of service
iPhysician Diagnostics reserves the right to change the Terms of Service or policies regarding the use of iPhysician Diagnostics service at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the Terms of Service on this website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Service. Continued use of the iPhysician Diagnostics service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Cancellation Policy
Minimum 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required for any cancelations. Notification to cancel the orders can be sent in writing via email, mobile phone ‘text message’, fax, or by calling the specified phone number, if available. iPhysician Diagnostics may refund full / partial amount for any cancelled orders to the credit/debit card used at the time of booking the orders or by wire transfer to the customer bank account or by check payment, within 15 days from the date of any confirmed cancelled orders.
